What the hell

Today i wanted to purchase 2 types of brushes, live and lights , it took my money (over 400 rub when 1 type was only 119 rub) telling me that i dont have enough money!! It took my money without giving me the brushes! i could buy only the live brushes, then tried twice to buy the lights brushes, it twice took my mooney without giving me the brushes telling me that i dont have enough!! what the hell is goin on there, please, fix these problem and give my correct money back!!!!
